Designed for the new user, this 2-day training introduces participants to simulation technology and provides the necessary skills for model building using ProModel. This training features hands-on model building and provides a solid foundation for future projects.
This course is ideally suited for industry practitioners who are involved in evaluating, planning or designing manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and other operational and strategic situations. Simulation has been used in various industries such as defense, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare for capacity planning/scheduling, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, six sigma, strategic portfolio planning as well as supply chain logistics.

Trainer Background
Dan Tengku has worked in the oil and gas industry as well as academia. He has provided training and consulting services to industry in operations research areas. Dan Tengku completed a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.Eng.Sc. in Manufacturing and Management from the University of New South Wales. He is also currently working towards a Ph.D. in optimisation of supply chain logistics at Monash University, Australia.

Registration closes 3 days prior to the start of the course. The number of participants is limited.
If a cancellation occurs within 10 working days of the course date, the full value of the course fee will be charged. If cancelled prior to 10 working days of the course date, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees apply to all training attendees. Hearne Scientific Software reserves the right to reschedule any course. In the event that Hearne Scientific Software cancels a course, full refunds will be issued to all paid parties.
